Two proven barn-style designs (“Stodoła” is Polish for barn) in three sizes: 70, 90 and 120 m². Warm IZODOM walls, a modern form and a predictable budget. The timeline and prices apply to construction in Poland.

“From” prices are for a 70 m² house with a 39 m² terrace built to developer standard, i.e. with installations, plastering and screeds completed and ready for interior finishing such as flooring, painting and sanitary fittings. The final quote depends on the floor area, the plot and optional extras priced separately: a solar roof, a wind turbine or a biological sewage treatment plant. Construction time and prices apply to projects carried out in Poland (Polish conditions). For projects abroad we agree the schedule and price individually, depending on location, transport, local building regulations and local VAT. Euro prices are approximate reference prices, excluding VAT, converted from PLN at the National Bank of Poland (NBP) average rate of 16 October 2026 (1 EUR = 4.3661 PLN).

Frequently asked questions
What does WWS Group & Partners do?
We are a construction company. We build single-family houses with IZODOM technology - from the foundation slab to developer standard - make foundation slabs, including slabs on piles, and provide mobile soda blasting of facades and structures. We build in Poland and abroad.
Where can I find house prices and build times?

Why choose a foundation slab?
A foundation slab with a continuous layer of insulation reduces heat loss through the floor and eliminates thermal bridges where the walls meet the foundation. It spreads the load of the house over its entire area and is quick to build. Details: IZOSlab foundation slab.
What is soda blasting?
Soda blasting is cleaning surfaces with a jet of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) driven by compressed air. It removes dirt, paint, soot and graffiti without damaging brick, wood or metal. It is a mobile service - we come to your site. More: soda blasting.
